SAN SONNEA in the Dolomites invites an empathetic SPA Manager to lead our secluded SPA & Wellness department. You will shape a holistic wellness philosophy, oversee operations, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional, 5-star guest experiences in one of the region's most exclusive luxury lodges.

Join us for a full-time role with clear career prospects, staff housing, meals, and direct collaboration with General Management.

Competenze

• Several years of leadership experience in the SPA & Wellness industry, ideally as a SPA Manager or Assistant SPA Manager.
• Passion for well-being, health, and holistic wellness.
• A strong leadership personality with empathy, excellent organizational skills, and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
• Strong quality awareness and a genuine understanding of luxury 5-star service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for developing and motivating teams.
• Excellent command of English; German or Italian is an advantage.
