Competenze

• 2-3 years of experience in Sourcing/Indirect Procurement in Manufacturing.
• Fluent in English (B2-C1) with good knowledge of Sourcing tools.

In the framework of Radiall's global Sourcing strategy, the Sourcing specialist is in charge of his/her supplier portfolio with the purpose to supply goods with the best Cost, Quality and on time delivery performance compromise in order to contribute to current and future Radiall profitability and to meet his internal customer expectations.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Contribute to the definition of Sourcing strategy on his/hers portfolio taking into account existing and future needs, while considering following constraints such as: sourcing risk mitigation, cost reduction and supplier performances enhancement (quality and on time delivery);

• Be in charge of the negotiation and deployment of Frame Agreement with main suppliers and validation of applicable purchasing conditions (price, incoterm, payment term…);

• Develop partnership with Radiall “strategic” suppliers. Define action plans and drive project accordingly to secure cost reduction plan and strategy. Action plan definition to tackle price increases;

• Provide regular analysis of purchasing price evolution on customers portfolio; initiate requests for quotation with a targeted supplier panel; contribute in decision making while defining and selecting the most appropriate providers.

Background and Experience

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics/Management/Engineering;

• 2-3 years of experience in Sourcing/Indirect Procurement in Manufacturing;

• Fluent in English (B2-C1);

• Good knowledge of Sourcing tools and processes;

• Nice to have: SAP MM Module user;
