In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic Solution Consultant to join our RELEX family in Italy.
The role:
Together with the team, you will help design and implement RELEX SW for our customers utilizing our best practices and always focusing on providing the expected business benefits. Your main responsibilities are system configuration and data-driven validation of RELEX system output throughout the different project phases.
What you'll be doing:
* Customer Engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met effectively and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Solution Design and Architecture: Design innovative solutions aligned with industry standards to address customer needs and deliver measurable value.
* Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure solution quality and resolve defects promptly.
* Solution Playback and Guidance: Tailor system demonstrations and presentations to address customer requirements and build confidence in the proposed solution.
* Data Proficiency: Translate technical specifications into solution designs and manage parameters to meet customer requirements effectively.
What you'll bring to the table:
* Technical-scientific degree or equivalent experience in the supply chain field
* Proven experience as a Solution Consultant (2 to 3 years), or similar role, in the software or technology industry
* Strong analytical skills and passion for problem-solving
* Ability to understand systems and analyse large data sets
* Working proficiency in English and Italian
* Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work autonomously
* Very strong teamwork capability
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to travel within the country and across the MENAT region to support project delivery
What we consider as an advantage:
* Previous working experience with similar Forecasting and Replenishment tool/-s
* Internships, placements, or work experience in retail, merchandising or supply chain fields
* Other language skills, especially Arabic
* Knowledge of technical tools or languages (R, SQL, other programming languages)
