What you'll do

• Develop and demonstrate expertise in our software solutions
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with Business Analysts and/or Technical Consultants to both translate the customer requirements into a feasible solution and map end user requirements into product features
• Provide technical leadership to international project teams to ensure successful implementations, as well as support and supervise other project team members
• Define project business problems and goals clearly
• Provide guidance and best practices for testing, training, and roll-out plans
• Act as subject-matter expert throughout the project life cycle

What you'll need

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• At least 5 years’ experience in Professional Services or similar customer-facing role in a customer/vendor relationship
• Experience running complex and innovative projects within an international environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Good understanding of SQL databases, including designing efficient relational models, writing optimized SQL queries, and performing database optimization techniques
• Experience in designing RESTful APIs and SOAP web services to facilitate seamless integration between different components of software solutions
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
• Ability and willingness to travel for international business trips

What’s nice to have

• Previous experience in implementing and overseeing the delivery of Field Service Management solutions for different types of industries (e.g., Telco, Utilities, Rail)
• Previous experience in a product software company
• Knowledge of GIS technology
