Reporting to the Sales Director P&P, this position is the customer-facing solution owner, engaging with companies across EMEA, from pre-sales and solution design, through to implementation of color management solutions and beyond. This is a remote position based in Italy or Spain.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Developing a deep understanding of account needs, creating program requirements & specifications
• Guiding projects through pilot and implementation stages
• Delivering training and technical support
• Managing a smooth transition to Application Support
• Relaying the Voice of Customer to R&D and product managers
• Collaborating with our sister companies (i.e., Pantone, Esko etc) on shared strategic accounts.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Fluent in Italian and Spanish. Business English will be required as well.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a color-related field (e.g., graphic arts, paints, plastics, textiles).
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the printing and packaging industry.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g., networking, database server setups, server operating systems, and cloud computing).
• Flexible to travel widely across EMEA (up to 50% since there is a large territory to cover)
