The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a global development program designed for talent early in their career.

Who You’ll become

A Solution Advisor works closely with our customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet their strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, a Solution Advisor is the “subject matter expert” responsible for functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle. They provide deal support by participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, presentations, and deliver software demonstrations to showcase SAP’s value proposition. Additionally, they participate in marketing events to generate demand, lead Design Thinking sessions, and collaborate with the sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts.

What You’ll Do

As a Solution Advisor within the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will be responsible for:

  • Successfully completing a 10-month program that lays the foundation for a successful customer-facing career at SAP.
  • Participating in experiential learning opportunities with colleagues worldwide and acquiring a wide range of business, industry, and SAP solution skills while working with emerging technologies.
  • Receiving on-the-job training under the mentorship of senior Solution Advisors while working with customers to gain real-world experience and help guide their Digital Transformation journey.

The program will enrich your SAP knowledge and provide professional experience to serve customers. We offer full-time employment from day one with practical learning. After completing the program, you will lead customer discovery sessions, survey activities to identify business challenges and opportunities, create impactful software demonstrations, support demand generation through marketing events, and assist in deal execution by responding to RFPs.

Solution areas focus :

SAP Finance & Spend Management (F&S) – Knowledge in accounting, procurement, and supplier management to boost visibility, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) – Knowledge in core HR, payroll, talent management, employee experience, HR analytics, workforce planning, and sales performance management.

SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) – Knowledge in supply chain, asset management, manufacturing, logistics, or product and project lifecycle management.

SAP Customer Experience (CX) – Knowledge of e-commerce, sales, customer service, and marketing processes.

SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) – Knowledge in Business Process Management and Automation applications and architecture.

SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) & SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) – Knowledge in database management, analytics, application development, integration, and AI, with understanding of related technology domains.

  • 3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes, exposure to relevant technologies/solutions, and customer-facing skills.
  • Technical and business process knowledge, combined with strong problem-solving skills, to support solution delivery and operational efficiency.

  • A quick learner, adaptable to changing environments, and able to apply knowledge effectively.
  • An understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics, to identify business problems solvable with AI.

The program spans three years, fostering accountability and productivity. It enables graduates to impact customer-facing roles quickly while supporting career growth and leadership development.

SAP offers flexible work arrangements, including a hybrid model with three days in the office or on-site with customers or partners. An immersive experience in San Ramon, California, involving four weeks across two trips, is planned to provide exceptional hands-on learning and networking opportunities. The final decision on this component will be communicated by Q1 2026.

During critical phases, full engagement is required, and vacation requests may be restricted.
