Who You’ll Become
A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, a Solution Advisor is the subject matter expert responsible for functional and technical knowledge throughout the sales cycle. They support deals by participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, presentations, and delivering software demonstrations to showcase SAP’s value. Additionally, they participate in marketing events, lead Design Thinking sessions, and collaborate with the sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts.
What You’ll Do
As a Solution Advisor within the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will be responsible for :
The program will enhance your SAP knowledge and provide professional experience to serve customers effectively. From day one, you will be employed full-time with practical learning opportunities. After completing the program, you will lead customer discovery sessions, conduct surveys to uncover business challenges, create and deliver impactful software demonstrations, and support demand generation and deal execution activities.
Solution Areas Focus
SAP Finance & Spend Management (F&S) – Knowledge in accounting, procurement, and supplier management to improve visibility, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) – Knowledge in HR, payroll, talent management, employee experience, HR analytics, workforce planning, and sales performance management.
SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) – Knowledge in supply chain, asset management, manufacturing, logistics, or product and project lifecycle management.
SAP Customer Experience (CX) – Knowledge of e-commerce, sales, customer service, and marketing processes.
SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) – Knowledge in business process management and automation applications and architecture.
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) & SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) – Knowledge in data management, analytics, application development, integration, and AI, including understanding of related technology domains.

About SAP Academy for Customer Success
The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a world-class training program that develops our next-generation workforce through a dynamic 10-month experience within a diverse global environment. It aims to prepare participants for successful careers at SAP, fostering a global peer network, customer engagement, and leveraging cloud-based products and services, all while earning competitive salary and benefits.
Our hybrid work setup typically involves three days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners. We plan to include a practical, immersive component, with participants spending 4-6 weeks in San Ramon, California, spread across two trips. This experience will be finalized in the first quarter of 2026, with full communication provided in advance. During intensive phases, participants are expected to be fully engaged, with limited vacation during critical times.
