Who You’ll become
A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, a Solution Advisor is a subject matter expert responsible for functional and technical knowledge during the sales cycle. They support deals by participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations to showcase SAP’s value. They also participate in marketing events, lead Design Thinking sessions, and collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities within existing accounts.

The program will deepen your SAP knowledge and provide professional experience to serve customers. From day one, you will have full-time employment with practical learning opportunities. Upon successful completion, you will lead customer discovery sessions, conduct surveys to identify business challenges, deliver impactful software demonstrations, support demand generation through marketing events, and assist in deal execution by responding to RFPs.

Our hybrid work setup typically involves three days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners. Participants will spend 4-6 weeks in San Ramon, California, for immersive hands-on learning and networking, scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. Final details will be confirmed then, with advance notice for preparations. During critical phases, full engagement is required, and vacations may not be approved.
