Job Summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a key Pre-Sales expert based in Europe to join our EMEA Manufacturing Planning team. This role requires expertise in Manufacturing Planning, processes, procedures, and best practices. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, demonstrating extensive industry knowledge, workflow augmentation, and delivering results aligned with strategic objectives. You will leverage in-depth product knowledge to provide thought leadership and process expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations.

What you’ll do:
  1. Prepare extensively before sales engagements with internal Blue Yonder teams to ensure efficiency during the sales process.
  2. Collaborate with Account Managers and Client Partners to present solutions that meet clients' business needs.
  3. Provide value during the sales cycle to Client Partners, Services Partners, and Account Managers.
  4. Engage directly with potential customers through proposals and prospecting for new business opportunities.
  5. Coordinate with various departments to present proposal information to clients.
  6. Communicate customer requirements to Product Development and Management teams.
  7. Serve as a liaison between the client and the implementation team to facilitate project success.
  8. Assist Marketing in developing collateral and promoting Blue Yonder events.
  9. Present product functionalities and benefits to prospective clients, customizing presentations to their needs.
  10. Demonstrate how our solutions add value and can replace current business environments.
  11. Articulate the value proposition of Blue Yonder solutions and handle client concerns.
  12. Build relationships with decision-makers to facilitate future business development.
  13. Engage in discovery sessions and follow-ups to ensure clear communication.
  14. Consider margin impacts when preparing proposals and escalate issues with financial implications.
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Planning, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear, concise presentations.
