Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor/Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims to lead in-court collections and potentially open their own boutique legal firm in Italy. Responsibilities include filing court cases to recover compensation and reimbursements for passengers, managing EU261/UK261 claims, and possibly expanding into baggage claims soon.

The role offers PR opportunities and is ideal for high performers with litigation experience and a passion for consumer rights in the airline industry. Candidates must be free from conflicts of interest and authorized by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in Italy.

Requirements

• Valid solicitor’s license and legal insurance
• Law degree from an accredited institution
• Experience with small claims, consumer rights, or aviation law is a plus
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is a plus
• Proven success in in-court collection
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and case management skills
• Experience in automating claims processes
