Description

Our team is seeking an experienced warehouse manager who takes pride in maintaining seamless, efficient, and highly organized solar operations.

Inventory Management

  • Track, receive, and organize solar equipment (panels, inverters, racking, etc.)
  • Manage reorder points and minimize material shortages
  • Ensure accurate inventory counts and system updates

Shipping & Receiving
  • Oversee incoming deliveries and outgoing job-site shipments
  • Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage
  • Coordinate return processes for defective or excess equipment

Job Kit Preparation

  • Pull, stage, and label materials for upcoming installations
  • Verify that each install team gets the correct components
Facility Organization & Safety
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant
  • Implement safety protocols for storing and handling heavy or electrical equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance


Vendor Coordination

  • Handle warranty returns or exchanges as needed
  • Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding order status, timelines, and issues


Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, receipts, and deliveries
  • Assist in preparing usage reports or tracking installation trends
  • Maintain a high standard of productivity and accountability
Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly
  • Must use safety equipment per protocol
  • Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, safety cutter, etc)
  • Must be willing to work on your feet for long periods of time
  • Must maintain a professional attitude
