Job Overview:

  • Drive the growth of the Solar Module sales business by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Conduct regional market analysis, focusing on supply/demand trends, government policies, competitors’ activities, and performance of key distributors and installers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, including distributors, installers, and consultants, with tailored strategies for each.
  • Establish and meet quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive sales initiatives.
  • Support marketing efforts for regional campaigns such as exhibitions, presentations, and product launches.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, tracking progress against goals.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and organizational input to shape product strategy and roadmap in the PV module segment.
  • Engage with industry players to understand their needs and align our offerings accordingly.
  • Develop proposals for customer tenders, ensuring technical and commercial optimization.
  • Identify new market segments and opportunities for product expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to align on product delivery and schedules.
  • Participate in product design reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams for product launches and rollouts.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in the solar module industry, working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs.
  • Proven sales and business development skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and customer needs.
  • Ability to define product guidelines and see initiatives through.
  • Understanding of financial reports, budgets, and expenditures.
