A leading company in the solar industry seeks a proactive Sales professional to drive sales growth for Solar Modules in the Bologna region. The role involves market analysis, relationship building, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with internal teams and engaging with key industry players. Ideal candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in the solar module sector and have strong sales and interpersonal skills.
Key Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in the solar module industry, with a background working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firms).
Proven ability to generate sales and develop business opportunities.
Familiarity with customer procurement processes and the ability to craft responses that align with their needs.
Strong ability to define product guidelines, make decisions, and see initiatives through to completion.
Experience understanding financial reports, including budgets and product expenditures.
Sales-driven, with a proactive and competitive mindset.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex situations and identify the best solutions.
Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Exceptional planning, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel up to 50-60% of the time.
Proficiency in English and the local language.
