Job summary

ACM Staffing is seeking experienced photovoltaic field technicians to join our client's expanding team in Italy. The role covers hands-on activities at solar plants for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and fault resolution to ensure optimal performance.

Based in Friuli Venezia Giulia near Udine, the technician will travel between regional plants, support operations with SCADA insights, and comply with Italian electrical standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification or equivalent technical certification.
• 2-3 years proven photovoltaic experience.
• Knowledge of solar inverters, transformers and electrical distribution systems.
• Understanding of high and low voltage electrical systems.
• Familiarity with solar plant O&M procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and test utility-scale photovoltaic plants.
• Connect solar panels, inverters and electrical components per specs.
• Perform system integration and grid connection procedures.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on PV plants.
