Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the delivery of solar PV and storage projects across Italy.

This role requires close collaboration with teams across Origination, EPC, and Asset Management to provide technical input throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct feasibility studies and develop project plans from conception to operation
• Prepare detailed technical documentation including layouts, yield assessments, and Bills of Quantity (BoQs)
• Coordinate external engineering consultants and review design deliverables for solar PV and energy storage systems
• Analyse project performance data and provide recommendations for system optimisation
• Support procurement and construction monitoring activities

Requirements :

Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil)

Proficient in AutoCAD and PVSyst

Strong understanding of solar design and energy modelling principles

Familiarity with electrical, structural, and mechanical calculations

Fluency in Italian and English languages
