A multinational Solar EPC company is seeking a PV / Solar Commissioning Manager based in Italy. The role involves commissioning utility-scale solar projects above 50MW, managing project teams, and extensive travel across Europe to meet project milestones. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with significant experience in large solar projects and familiarity with FIDIC frameworks.

Competenze

• Three or more years of experience commissioning large utility-scale (50MW) solar projects.
• Experience of working across multiple European countries.
• Understanding of working to FIDIC frameworks ideal.

Overview

ersg is searching for a PV / Solar Commissioning Manager on behalf of a multinational Solar EPC client. Our client boasts an extensive pipeline of utility-scale solar projects that require commissioning across Europe. Successful candidates will be responsible for commissioning projects above 50MW each project.

Responsibilities

• Commission the delivery and commissioning of utility-scale solar projects, typically above 50MW per project.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and oversee project teams.
• Travel across Europe to ensure delivery and commissioning milestones are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Three years or more of commissioning large utility-scale (50MW) solar projects.
• Ideally experience of working across multiple European countries and a demonstrable understanding of working to FIDIC frameworks.

Travel

There is a need to travel across Europe to ensure delivery of projects.
