Soil Conditioner & Organic Soil Health Chemist

Our company, a leader in the manufacturing and development of agricultural inputs, is seeking a professional chemist with proven expertise in the formulation of organic soil conditioners and solutions for salinity and soil health management, in compliance with international organic certification standards.

Location :

• This is a remote position; however, periodic travel to Saudi Arabia may be needed for on-site collaboration and field activities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in developing organic soil conditioners or amendments
• Advanced technical knowledge of organic materials for soil improvement, such as :
• Humic and fulvic acids
• Organic carbon sources
• Bioavailable calcium and potassium compounds
• Strong understanding of salinity correction and soil structure improvement using organic methods
• In-depth familiarity with international organic input standards (OMRI, EU Organic Regulations, IFOAM)

Key Responsibilities :

• Formulate and develop innovative organic products for improving soil health and fertility
