  • Handle support requests via telephone or email.
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting for common issues.
  • Redirect complex issues to appropriate internal or external resources.
  • Identify and escalate urgent situations.

  • Manage the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Provide user training.
  • Maintain helpdesk and documentation.
Candidate Profile:
  • University degree in a related subject.
  • Experience in software consulting or development is an advantage.
