Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to interpret business rules and both functional and non-functional requirements to shape technical specifications in accordance with architectural standards, focusing on system interactions, data exchange, and transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in and contribute to shaping activities
• Conduct feasibility analyses for new or updated initiatives (Epics and User Stories), assessing impacts on IT
• Perform detailed functional and technical analysis and design
• Support developers during the development phase
• Assist in testing, support, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate on defining new suppliers and contractual requirements
• Break down requirements and technical solutions into appropriate User Stories, evaluating costs, benefits, and risks, and justify decisions logically

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role within a complex environment with 24/7 service availability
• Strong knowledge of IT architecture and technical workflows in the relevant domain
• Advanced experience with REST & SOAP application services development
• Experience with JUnit testing, Test Driven Development, and Spring Integration testing
• Proficiency with version control tools (Azure, Git)
• Knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL)
• Familiarity with IT technologies and the application layer of the relevant domain
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Knowledge of UML standards and Microservice architecture
• Experience in retail banking business is preferred
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proven experience in Java application development using J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot
