Software Sales Account Manager - Italy

We are currently looking for a Software Enterprise Account Manager to join us in Italy. You will be joining a team of senior sales account managers and reporting into the Regional Sales Director.

Responsibilities

1. Represents a balanced sales effort of software products knowledge and selling skills.
2. Grows the territory/region/account base/named accounts to attain financial objectives.
3. Understands customers’ business and solutions requirements.
4. Territory/regional account management, including account planning and sales forecasting.
5. Pipeline generation. Create net new opportunities and develop them through sales process.
6. Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties.
7. Leads sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account, including channel and all aspects of the customer related ecosystem.
8. Anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of One Identity software products and services.
9. Advises customers/One Identity on strategic business and technology plans.
10. Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader on the industry, the One Identity business model and competitors.
11. Assesses potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions.
12. Develops product solutions for customers.
13. Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

1. Solution sales qualified.
2. +7 years’ experience in Enterprise Software sales.
3. +7 years’ experience in selling Security Solutions, background and knowledge of Identity Manager solutions is desirable.
4. Demonstrable ability to develop business opportunity with a clear path to close the deal.
5. A high call rate combined with evidence of creative deal-making is essential.
6. Knowledge of the assigned territory and Italian Market. Demonstrable experience and focus on Public Sector and Defense would be a plus.
7. Able to provide direction and collaborate with partners.
8. Financial and business acumen are essential.
9. Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships.
