What you'll be doing

As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our product solutions through rigorous manual testing. Collaborating closely with our development team, you will identify, report, and resolve software issues to ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. While testing is currently 100% manual, we are actively working toward introducing automated testing. For this reason, we’re looking for someone with experience in test automation and programming skills, who can contribute to this transition from the ground up.

Your mission:

• Test and Evaluate. Test our apps and software features, ensuring they meet our high standards through structured and exploratory manual testing.

• Diagnose Issues. Skillfully identify and diagnose bugs, contributing to efficient problem resolution.

• Collaborate and Document. Work closely with Customer Care, Software Engineers and other teams on bug fixes, creating thorough documentation and drafting procedures.

• Contribute to Automation. Begin laying the groundwork for our automation efforts by writing test scripts and collaborating with developers on CI/CD integration.

Who we're looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• Relevant experience. Previous experience in app or software testing, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance.

• Automation skills. Practical experience using test automation tools and writing automated tests, ideally in environments where manual and automated testing coexist.

• Coding ability. Familiarity with coding (e.g. in Python, Java, or JavaScript) and an understanding of software development practices. Experience with a version control system like Git is a plus.

• Technical & problem-solving skills. Strong technical aptitude and logical problem-solving abilities to effectively analyze software behavior and identify root causes of issues.

• Precision & attention to detail. Meticulous in execution with a detail-oriented mindset to ensure thorough and accurate testing coverage.

• Passion for QA & IT. A genuine interest in IT, curiosity about new testing methodologies and technologies, and enthusiasm for both manual and automated testing as a critical component of software development.

• Language proficiency. Fluency in English, enabling effective communication within our international team.
