To further our mission, we are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

  • Plan, design, and implement testing strategies to verify product quality at all stages of development;

  • Perform manual and automated tests on new features, updates, and bug fixes;

  • Conduct integration tests to ensure cohesion between different software modules and verify that interactions between components work correctly;

  • Conduct performance testing to evaluate the speed, scalability, and stability of the software in simulated production environments;

  • Identify, document, and track issues and defects through bug management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello);

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand the functional and non-functional requirements of the software;

  • Automate test scenarios to ensure complete and continuous coverage, focusing on UI, integration, performance, and security;

  • Use automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium (for mobile testing), and Postman for API testing;

  • Use performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or k6 to monitor and analyze performance under load;

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;

  • Contribute to the documentation of QA processes and best practices, continuously improving the quality and efficiency of tests.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

  • Technical skills in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, and performance testing tools like JMeter or k6.

  • Practical knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for creating automated tests.

  • Experience using CI/CD tools (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment), such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to identify problems and propose preventive solutions.

  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with both developers and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proactiveness in improving QA processes and suggesting new ideas to increase product quality.

  • Adaptability in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of the English language (both written and oral).

NICE TO HAVE:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent;

  • At least 2 years of experience;

  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

  • Experience with performance monitoring and application security tools like Grafana, New Relic, or Datadog.

  • Previous experience in a product and/or service company.
