Job summary

TheFork is seeking an experienced engineering leader in Bologna to guide a distributed team responsible for social features of our B2C products. You will drive delivery quality, balance velocity with excellence, and partner with product and design to shape the roadmap.

Requisiti fondamentali

• 5+ people management experience including senior software engineers
• Experience leading high-performing technical teams in distributed environments
• Strong grasp of system design and modern architectures
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, Kotlin/Swift, and RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and their practical application
• Strong product acumen and understanding of product principles
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
