We are seeking a Software Engineer.

CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US

• Graduated with a Master’s degree from an Engineering School (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or University.
• Proven experience in Software and/or Hardware, Systems Engineering, and IVVQ activities.
• Desire to continuously update expertise and design innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Aiming to strengthen expertise in areas such as conception, requirement management, development, testing, integration, or validation.
• Ability to solve complex problems in a challenging environment.
• Recognized as a team player who enjoys collaborative work.
• Possesses a broad and helicopter view of organizational processes.
• Willing to share knowledge as a mentor.
• Resourceful, analytical, and structured.
• Open-minded, curious, rigorous, and logical.
• Ambitious mindset.

COMPETENCIES

• Quick understanding of complex systems (stakeholders, interactions, products, environment).
• Knowledge of design-to-cost approaches.
• Ability to adapt and react to change.
• Familiarity with management and engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, TFS, JIRA.
• Experience with network configuration and administration.
• Experience in leading engineering projects or activities.

• Analyze and understand customer needs through advanced studies, simulations, mock-ups, models, and prototypes.
• Formalize specifications and architecture to propose optimal solutions/products.

• Ensure technical integration and coherence of system design, interfaces, and performance.
• Design the architecture of command and control systems.
