The Member Company is seeking engineers to design and develop software applications, from requirements analysis to deployment in production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
This permanent role in Italy offers a base gross annual salary of at least €31,000, with potential increases after evaluation, plus a project profit-sharing component, a learning and development
Competenze
- M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education.
- 1-3 years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
