Software Engineer - Cyber Security

FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking systems and access control, counting on 53 sales companies in 29 countries, across 5 continents, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants is looking for a Software Engineer- Cyber Security.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and fixing vulnerabilities within existing security systems
• Performing penetration tests or working directly with penetration testers to assess potential security problems
• Documenting known security breaches and vulnerabilities
• Providing feedback to cybersecurity engineers to improve proposed or existing systems
• Researching, designing, writing and testing new software programs
• Investigating new technologies
• Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications
• Problem-solving and lateral thinking as part of a team, or individually, to meet the project needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience/qualification
• 2-3 years of work experience
• Good Knowledge of Cybersecurity Activities and Tools
• Backend: SQL would be a plus
• Frontend: html5/css3, jquery
• Basic Knowledge of JavaScript / Node.js / Python
• Fluent English
• Aspiration to constantly improve yourself and learn new technologies and concepts
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Scrum and Agile oriented mindset
