eGlue Technologies, based in Turin, Italy, seeks Junior and Senior Software Engineers specialized in C++/Linux to design and develop software for embedded devices in the IoT/Automotive field. You will contribute across the full software lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include middleware on Linux, real-time data collection for automotive IoT, and interfacing with customers for requirements. Hybrid work model and internships are considered.

Competenze

• Knowledge of C++ and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Linux and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Yocto project and automotive protocols (CAN, UDS) is a plus.

Posizione

We're seeking Junior and Senior Software Engineers specialising in C++/Linux to join our team, contributing significantly to the design and development of software for embedded devices in the IoT/Automotive field. Beyond coding, you'll play a key part in creating solutions that seamlessly integrate with cutting-edge systems. Your expertise in C++ and Linux will be crucial for developing robust and efficient solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to implementation and testing.

You will actively participate in projects centred around the following key topics:

• Linux-based Middleware for managing updates, handling application lifecycle, offering security, and abstracting hardware resources.
• Real-time data collection and processing for Automotive IoT applications such as fleet monitoring, predictive maintenance, drive style estimation, vehicle health monitoring, road type estimation, etc.

We are open to considering the placement of students in Internships.

Requisiti

Basic Requirements (junior/Internship Profiles)

• Knowledge of C++ and object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge in Linux and shell scripting.

Preferred Requirements (senior Profiles)

• Proven work experience in C++ development on Linux (4+ years).
• Proficiency in Linux and shell scripting.
• Experience in Yocto project.
• Knowledge of automotive standards and protocols (e.g., CAN, UDS, etc.).

Compensation And Benefits Package

The final salary offer will be aligned with the candidate's background, skills, and professional experience, within the following reference ranges:

• Junior: €28,000 – €34,000 Gross Annual Salary
• Middle: €34,000 – €42,000 Gross Annual Salary
• Senior: €42,000 – €50,000 Gross Annual Salary

In addition to the base salary, the comprehensive package includes the following benefits:
