We are looking for a Software Engineer, Back End Developer to help shape the future of payments. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality systems, primarily using Java, and work with DevOps tools. You will contribute to building and enhancing our payment products, responding to user needs with innovative features.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Identify user needs: Understand and address user requirements to ensure effective and user-friendly solutions.
2. Build and enhance products: Develop new features and improve existing ones to advance Satispay's offerings.
3. Make an impact: Play a key role in simplifying payments and increasing accessibility across Europe.
4. Collaborate across departments: Work with various teams to develop and deliver features that meet user needs.
5. Revolutionize payments: Contribute to making transactions simpler and more accessible.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 3 years of experience in software development, preferably with microservices and Agile methodologies.
• Strong programming skills in Java or other languages like C, C#, C++, or Go.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders professionally.
• Passion for FinTech or startup environments and fluency in English.
