The new colleague develops the Plant IT projects and applications. He/She provides assistance for change management and problem resolution to reach manufacturing goals, minimizing production loss due to IT issues. He/She supports business lines in IT, collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, and Quality Control.

Main Responsibilities

1. Collaborate in cross-functional teams to implement digital strategies that optimize production processes, improve product quality, and reduce costs.
2. Define digital skills and support production teams in adopting digital systems and processes.

Job Profile

Skills

• 3-5 years of professional experience in software development projects, including defining and analyzing business requirements, or implementing and operating web-based solutions in .NET Framework 4.5+ and/or .NET Core.
• A strong passion and interest in technology with a propensity for continuous learning.
• Teamwork orientation and knowledge sharing skills. Ability to solve problems individually and in teams, and make timely decisions.
• Knowledge and experience with computer software/hardware, related equipment, networking, and database management.
• Plant operations knowledge (processes/systems).
• Fluent in English.
