The candidate will work on software design and development for telecommunication systems, contributing across the full product lifecycle. The ideal applicant should have a relevant engineering degree and 0-5 years of experience, with strong knowledge in various programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python, along with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Operational Context

NUSO Italia is the Italian branch of NUSO LLC, a multinational company headquartered in the USA, operating as a provider of cloud-based telecommunication and collaboration services.

The candidate will be integrated into the R&D team and will contribute to the development of software products in the following areas :

• Fixed and mobile telecommunications
• Cloud-based communication and collaboration platforms (e.G., Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
• Integration with AI environments, particularly machine learning and cognitive services
• Products for Enterprise and professional markets

The role covers the full product lifecycle, with potential support from other team members :

• design
• development
• test
• installation and configuration (on-site)
• maintenance

Key Knowledge and Skills — expected at a level consistent with the candidate's experience

• Networking :

understanding of TCP / IP protocols and basic networking principles

• Basic knowledge of microservices architectures and containerization
• Knowledge of basic paradigms in real‑time software development
