Prima is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Engineering teams in Milano. You will architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable services, collaborating with product and engineering managers to translate business requirements into effective software solutions.

We value proactive, growth-minded individuals with experience in event-driven architectures and domain-driven design, plus strong English communication and Agile experience.

• Extensive experience in backend development, with solid knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design.

• Experience working in an Agile environment.

This team is the beating heart of Prima.

What We’re Looking For

Nice-to-Have

• Good knowledge of functional programming languages.
• Professional experience with Rust and/or Elixir.
• First-hand experience of test‑driven development (TDD), Event‑Sourcing and CQRS.
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.

€40,000 - €75,000 a year
