Tenova seeks a Software Engineer to join the IoT Platform and Data Science Team. The role focuses on maintaining and expanding the Tenova IoT Platform, architecting AI/ML applications to boost production efficiency and enable predictive maintenance as part of digital transformation.

You will work with ML engineers, handle field-level data ingestion and analytics, and collaborate with different Product Lines to bring innovative solutions to market in a dynamic, international environment.

Competenze

• STEM degree required.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Framework.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Maintain and develop Tenova IoT platform features based on Azure services, handling data ingestion, real-time processing, storage, and analytics.

We are looking for a Software Engineer willing to join our IoT Platform and Data Science Team.The role involves maintaining and furthering the development of the Tenova IoT Platform as well as architecting and constructing AI/ML based applications to boost production efficiency and enable predictive maintenance. It is also significantly involved in our process of digital transformation and energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop new features of Tenova IoT platform based on Azure services, working on field-level data ingestion, real-time stream processing, data storage and analytics
• Build, together with our ML engineers, AI based applications deployed on industrial machinery to boost production efficiency, reduce unplanned downtime and enable predictive maintenance
• Work with colleagues from different Product Lines to help them create and bring innovative solutions to the market

What we ask for:

• STEM Degree (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming (e.g. .NET Framework, C#)
• Good Knowledge of English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure stack
  We use IoT Hub, Layered Deployment, Stream Analytics, Event Hub, CosmosDB.
• Experience in IoT and microservices
• Knowledge of messaging brokers MQTT/AMQP protocol (e.g. RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of Python and experience in data analysis and ML projects
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and SCRUM

Hybrid working model (6-8 days), for the position, the starting gross annual salary will be from € 35.000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate's seniority, experience, and skills, as well as the outcome of the selection process
