Amazon Connect is a disruptive cloud-based contact center that enables businesses to deliver engaging, dynamic, and personal customer service experiences. Responsibilities

As a developer on the team, you’ll own code end-to-end from requirements to development, and work closely with senior technical leaders within the team. You’ll contribute to building the next generation contact center with scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus. You’ll work across the stack with modern web technologies, SOA, databases, AI, ML, Big Data, and related areas.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, network engineers, security, and operations professionals, collaborating across AWS to deliver high safety and security standards while providing scalable capacity at low cost for customers. You’ll experience an inclusive culture that values bold ideas and ownership.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

Salary information: The base salary for this position ranges from $114,800/year up to $191,800/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company; equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total package.
