We are seeking a Backend Engineer / Developer responsible for developing our solutions' technical aspects, building scalable and reliable architectures and managing backlogs.

In this dynamic environment, you'll influence strategic decisions and participate actively in evolving our technologies and achieving our mission. You will work closely with our operational team, with support from the Technology Department for strategy and decision-making.

Requisiti

Must have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer
• Proficiency in server-side languages (Node.js preferred, Python/Scala/Java are also acceptable)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Experience with Docker
