Le candidat idéal devra avoir une solide expérience en C++, un sens de la responsabilité, et la capacité de gérer des projets de manière autonome. Ce poste à temps plein nécessite également de bonnes compétences en communication et une capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et international.

Competenze

ALTEC Srl, a very well-established Italian software house operating in the field of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), is looking for a Software Developer who can contribute to the growth phase of the company.

Requirements :

• Proven knowledge of C++ language (minimum 1 year experience);
• Ability to self-run and manage projects assigned autonomously;
• Good communication skills to fully understand clients' needs and priorities;
• Basic knowledge of English;

Soft skills :

Precision, sense of responsibility, dynamism, professionalism, and strong motivation to achieve assigned goals and ability to meet deadlines;

Good interpersonal and organizational skills;

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international, tech-reliant environment, independently and when needed as part of a team.

Preferential requirement :

Basic knowledge of thermal engineering.

Job type : Full time, Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 till 17 : 30
