A fast-growing company is seeking a motivated Software Developer to work on image processing applications at their Pisa headquarters. The role involves software design and development using C++, Python, and C#, with close collaboration with hardware teams. Ideal candidates will possess a master's degree and a strong foundation in programming and parallel computing.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent required.
• Excellent knowledge of C++, Python, C# and parallel programming.
• Experience with software versioning systems such as GIT.

Mansioni

• Design and develop high-throughput data processing software modules and libraries in C++.
• Develop high-performance image processing algorithms and extensive test benches for module validation.
• Interface with software from third parties and cooperate with hardware/firmware teams.

Alkeria is seeking a motivated, talented Software Developer interested in working on image processing applications and joining a fast-growing company at our Pisa (Italy) headquarters.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• design of high-throughput data processing software modules / libraries in C++
• development of high-performance image processing algorithms
• design of extensive test benches for module validation
• development of interface layers to libraries and software from 3 rd parties
• design of C / C++ / C# or Python applications
• tight cooperation with hardware and firmware teams

Required Skills

• master's degree in Computer Engineering, Embedded Computing Systems, or equivalent
• excellent knowledge ofC / C++, Python, C#
• excellent knowledge of parallel programming models
• previous experience with a software versioning system such as GIT

Appreciated Skills

• knowledge of C++ Standard Template Library, Matlab / Scilab, Qt / OpenGL
• expertise in software development for real-time systems
• knowledge of common Computer Vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV)
• expertise in static and dynamic library development (Windows / Linux)
• development on ARM platforms
