We are seeking a Backend Engineer / Developer responsible for our solutions' technical development. You will build and maintain scalable, reliable architectures and manage backlogs.

In our dynamic environment, you will play a strategic role, influencing technology evolution and contributing directly to our mission. You will work closely with our operational team, with support from the Technology Department for strategic and structural decisions.

Key responsibilities :

• Designing and developing scalable APIs
• Contributing to core algorithm development
• Managing databases and applications
• Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to enhance software solutions

Must have :

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer
• Proficiency with server-side languages, primarily Node.js, with familiarity in Python, Scala, or Java
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Experience with Docker

Nice to have :

• Advanced degrees or certifications
• Experience with microservices architectures (e.g., GraphQL, REST)
• Experience with big data and AI projects
