Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee software licenses, ensuring compliance and optimal usage for enterprise licenses like Microsoft 365, Adobe, Canva, Mural, and more.
- Maintain documentation with new license information, cost calculations, and updates.
- Handle license change requests efficiently.
- Create and update reports on licensing usage, expenditures, and contract adherence to support decision-making and financial planning.
- Support the company in running and maintaining license automation processes.
- Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to optimize licensing strategies and manage renewals, purchases, and vendor negotiations.
- Provide guidance and support to users on licensing queries and issues.
- Implement tools and processes to streamline license management and reporting tasks.
- Stay updated on changes in licensing models, especially for Microsoft 365, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with approvers, financial teams, and vendors for purchase order processing and payment.
- Track and follow up on delayed purchase orders, ensuring timely payment through collaboration with procurement.
Your Profile:
- Understanding of enterprise licensing agreements, especially Microsoft use rights.
- Experience with license reporting, management, and optimization.
- Skilled in managing license change requests and providing consumption analytics.
- Familiar with license True up Support and Licensing Helpdesk.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Legal knowledge and intellectual property to interpret and draft complex licensing agreements.
- Strategic business development skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Relationship management and communication skills to build positive relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Project management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
- Experience with Software Asset Management to optimize software applications within the organization.
- Vendor Management experience to monitor vendor performance.
- Data modeling skills for creating effective Power BI reports.
- Familiarity with data transformation and ETL processes using tools like Power Query.
- Ability to create effective visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights clearly.
