Are you passionate about healthcare technology and ready to make a real impact in diagnostics? We’re looking for a Software Application Expert to join our dynamic team and help deliver cutting-edge AlinIQ Digital Health applications to laboratories around the world.

This is more than just a technical role – it’s an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through the digital transformation of their diagnostic operations.

What You’ll Do

As a Software Application Expert, you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of our digital health solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure and implement our applications, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a client-facing technical expert and trusted advisor
• Configuring and integrating software to meet customer specifications
• Delivering training and ongoing support to users
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product features based on client feedback
• Managing project timelines, risks, and documentation
• Traveling to client sites (up to 80%) and participating in shift work as needed

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer success.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical/Hospital Informatics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience with diagnostics laboratory informatics applications
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and systems (e.g., LIS, middleware, analyzer management, inventory systems)
• Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and support
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, MS Project, or SmartSheet

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with training and supporting end users
• Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and quality
• A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
