Zehus Srl in Como is seeking a Software Application Engineer to join its R&D team. You will develop high-level software for Zehus technologies, including control algorithms for electric bikes’ motors and BMS, using MATLAB and Simulink.

Responsibilities include defining product requirements, verification and validation tests, analyzing testing data, and reporting results. A technical degree in Automation, Electronics or Computer Engineering and at least 2 years of embedded software experience

Competenze

• 2+ years of embedded software development experience.
• Degree in Automation/Electronics/Computer Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of CAN bus protocol and data collection with CANalyzer.

Software Application Engineer – Electric Bikes

We are looking for a Software Application Engineer to join Zehus’ R&D team.

As a Software Application Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of high-level software for Zehus technologies.

In particular, you will:

• Develop control algorithms and operating logic for Zehus products (electric motors and BMS) using Matlab and Simulink;
• Contribute to the collection and definition of product requirements;
• Contribute to the definition of product verification and validation tests;
• Analyze data collected during testing and prepare the related reports.

This is the right role for you if:

• You have a technical background, ideally a degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in embedded software development and good knowledge of C programming;
• You are familiar with Matlab and Simulink and have experience with Model-Based Design and automatic code generation tools;
• You have knowledge of the CAN bus protocol and experience using CANalyzer for data collection and analysis;
• You are familiar with Git for code management and version control;
