Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a Software Analyst and Project Specialist to contribute to designing application solutions aligned with user needs, ensuring functionality, data flows, and business processes.

You will collect user requirements, define functional specs, map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, monitor progress, participate in testing, coordinate releases, and prepare end-user training materials, driving continuous improvement across ICT functions.

• Collects internal customer needs and defines requirements.
• Conducts business analyses and maps AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Plans activities and timelines to meet time and cost standards.
• Monitors progress of development and coordinates with external suppliers.
• Participates in user acceptance testing with internal customers.
• Provides first-level support and reports improvement needs.
• Produces end-user training materials and guides.
• Acts as product contact coordinating ICT releases.
• Promotes adoption of digital technologies within the function.
• Ensures documentation aligns with shared standards.
