A pioneering space logistics company is looking for a Software AIV Engineer to join their Manufacturing Engineering team in Italy. This role involves designing automated test procedures for flight software and supporting AIV testing, requiring skills in Python programming, embedded systems, and technical communication. The ideal candidate has a strong background in embedded software development and a relevant engineering degree.

This role requires a versatile professional who combines Python programming with electronics knowledge and space industry experience. The main objective is to design and develop automated test procedures for the verification of flight software on avionic platforms, validated in the Engineering Model of the spacecraft, representative of the Flight Model. The role also supports AIV testing during subsystem, system and spacecraft integration, with emphasis on hardware-software integration and electronic board validation.
