Founded in 1946 Fidia is a fully integrated Italian multinational company, with R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales capabilities headquartered in Abano Terme (PD). With the aim of strengthening Fidia’s communication team we are recruiting an
- Social Media Support,
- reporting to the Senior Communication Manager, and responsible for the delivering of communication assets and tools while playing a key role in supporting the Company’s overall internal communication efforts, in order to maximize visibility, reputation, employer branding.
- Main Responsibilities
- Define and execute global social media strategy and guidelines for Fidia Corporate assets, incl. contents, plans, community management, liaising with all internal and external stakeholders
- Harmonize and drive efficiency for all social platforms, tools and processes of the Company’s ecosystem, in order to raise traffic, engagement, visibility and improve CJ
- Manage Corporate social media profiles (Linkedin, Google My Business, Twitter,...), incl. CEO and / or other personal branding profiles
- Coordinate agencies, defines contracts and give directions to local teams, where present
- Manage autonomously some routine basic activities cross markets (graphics, copywriting, analytics, etc )
- Plan and execute an editorial calendar, organizing upcoming communication activities and contents (posts, articles, press releases, events, photos, videos, advertising, etc...)
- Ensure the correct positioning, alignment and consistency of Fidia across activities, geographies, platforms and touchpoints, by supporting and coaching subsidiaries, and internal / external stakeholders, with the aim of creating holistic usage across countries and teams, and implement best practices
- Plan and manage social media adv, develops campaigns, projects and other ad hoc projects
- Measure KPIs, create reporting and dashboards, fostering a data driven culture
- Monitor consumer, competitive, creative, brand insights (intelligence / KPIs)
- Deep understanding of digital trends and innovations
- Implement and manage Company magazines, blogs and / or newsletters
- Work synergistically with marketing team to support therapeutics areas and products activities, giving directions on Fidia’s role, contribution and exposure in digital assets (logo use, company role and contents..)
- Propose and develop innovative social media programs : policies, training, ambassadorships,
- Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a social media and communication specialist, experience working within an international environment would be a big plus
- Qualifications : University degree in Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, Economics, or any other related field
- Master or any other further qualification in Digital and Social Media Marketing is a plus credential
- Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English
- Excellent knowledge of digital communication activities, tools, techniques, trends and innovations
- Excellent ability (both in Italian and English) in copywriting, and in managing external creators (Copywriter, Blogger, Videomaker) and measurement of results
- Knowledge of Graphics, video making programs would be a plus
- Good knowledge of Office suite
- Excellent knowledge of social media advertising (FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, IG) and Google Ads, DoubleClick, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, mailchimp, etc.
