Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage our social media presence during a maternity leave period. The role will be provided through an outsourcing agreement and requires close collaboration with our Corporate Marketing team members to ensure brand consistency, audience engagement, and measurable growth across all digital channels.

Role And Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (copy, images, videos, stories, reels) across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Monitor social media channels.
• Coordinate social campaigns, including audience targeting through dedicated Agency.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with photographers, and other content creators as needed.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s / Master\'s Degree in Economics, major Marketing or related field.
• Prior 3-5 years\' experience in social media management, preferably within an international or fast-paced environment.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a creative eye for visuals.
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English.
