Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Senior Specialist to plan and manage impactful social channels marketing campaigns that magnify AliExpress’ brand value proposition in Spain. This role requires a fusion of creativity and analytical prowess, aimed at building brand awareness and trust social wisely.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement social media / influencers strategies that align with our brand positioning and marketing strategies.
• Create original content and schedule postings to increase account visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze performance data of social media accounts to continuously optimize content and strategy.
• Source and develop influencers networking continuously and work closely and innovatively with influencers to support brand and business growth.
• Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to manage and improve social media advertising campaigns.
• Community management.

Position Requirement

• At least 3 years of experience in social media planning and account management.
• Proficiency in content trends, viral marketing mindset and mechanisms of operation on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Excellent creative thinking and content creation skills.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust strategies based on data insights.
• A proactive, results-focused approach, capable of driving initiatives forward amidst uncertainty.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous. Candidates with substantial agency experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently as well as closely with a team.
• Proficiency in Italian and English is a must. Chinese language skill is a plus but not a prerequisite.
• BSc / BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
