Location: Onsite in Moschato, Greece or Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist our community and resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and promptly.
  2. Stay knowledgeable about our products and community standards.
  3. Make well-balanced decisions and advocate effectively for our community.
  4. Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy.
  5. Support the company’s mission by prioritizing the community’s well-being.
  6. Investigate and resolve issues reported on the social media platform, including account support and reports of abusive content.
  7. Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
  8. Use market-specific knowledge to develop scalable solutions for community support.
  9. Analyze data to improve the overall user experience.
  10. Enforce the company’s Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
  11. Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
  12. Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
  13. Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.

Experience:

  1. Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment or a comparable service/process management environment.
  2. High affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation relevant to the market/region supported.
  3. Italian speaker (C2) with very good communication skills in English (at least B2 level).

Requirements:

  1. EU nationality or Greek residence permit.
  2. High school diploma.
  3. Availability to work in shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day) between Monday-Sunday, 7 am-10 pm.
  4. 5 working days of training.
  5. Relocation package including paid flight to Greece, airport pick-up, administration assistance (tax number, bank account, etc.), 2 weeks paid in a hotel, and help from an agency to find an apartment.
  6. Gross monthly salary plus a monthly performance bonus.
