We are looking for a proactive and passionate Social Media Representative who is enthusiastic about social media and community building to join the Brand & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage publishing and community management across the brand's key channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  2. Enhance the company's social media presence, engaging with audiences and building brand awareness.
  3. Support social initiatives for campaigns, product launches, special drops, and events, ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Digital Commerce, Sales, etc.) to align messaging across the full marketing funnel.
  5. Plan, execute, and analyze paid social campaigns on Meta platforms, optimizing performance and ROI within budget constraints.
  6. Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and KOLs, supporting local agencies in planning and managing influencer marketing initiatives.
  7. Track and report on key KPIs, providing insights to improve performance and efficiency.
  8. Monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on social media trends.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 2–3 years in social media management, preferably in fashion, beauty, or agency side.
  • Experience in community management and influencer marketing.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Highly organized, proactive, with a great teamwork mindset.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must. Other European languages are a plus.
