We are looking for a proactive and passionate about social media and community building, Social Media Representative to join the Brand & Marketing team.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Manage publishing and community management across the brand key channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Enhance a company's social media presence, engaging with audiences and building brand awareness.
• Support social initiatives for campaigns, product launches, special drops and events, ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Digital Commerce, Sales, etc.) to align messaging across the full marketing funnel.
• Plan, execute, and analyze paid social campaigns (Meta platforms), optimizing performance and ROI within budget constraints.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators and KOLs, supporting local agencies in planning and managing influencer marketing initiatives.
• Track and report on key KPIs, providing insights to improve performance and efficiency.
• Monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on social media trends.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management (preferably in fashion/beauty or agency side)
• Experience in community management and influencer marketing

Skills:

• Profound with Meta Ads Manager and performance-driven campaigns
• Highly organized, proactive, and a great team-work mindset
• High level of accuracy and attention to details

Languages:

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Other European languages are a plus.
