Job Description:

Bookmap is a cutting-edge data visualisation and trading software platform for stocks, futures, and cryptocurrency traders.

We are seeking a social media marketing specialist with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, identifying audiences, collaborating with a marketing team, and implementing organic social media campaigns that generate demand for software products. Experience in the financial services or trading sector is a plus.

The successful candidate will develop a thorough understanding of our products, customers, market/industry trends, and competition. Create and maintain a strong online presence for our growing company. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, your role will be to implement a comprehensive online organic social media marketing strategy across all platforms and web properties. This includes:

1. Building and executing a 360-degree organic media strategy through research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, and audience targeting.
2. Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (text, images, videos, HTML) that builds meaningful connections with traders, responding to questions, and managing our community.
3. Crafting compelling, brand-aligned copy for social media posts that resonate and drive engagement.
4. Optimizing company pages to enhance visibility of our social content.
5. Managing user-generated content according to moderation policies, engaging with users by answering questions, and providing a valuable experience.
6. Creating and managing editorial calendars and scheduling content.
7. Monitoring social media metrics, generating weekly reports, and acting on insights to grow our community and improve engagement.
8. Collaborating with other departments to manage reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate live streaming and events on our web properties and partner sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or related fields.
• Proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Metricool.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, creativity.
• Bonus: Experience in tech, finance, e-commerce, or content creation for digital brands.
