Position
We are looking for a Junior Social Media & Marketing professional who reports to the Sales & Marketing Director. The role involves supporting the marketing and communications team to develop the brand identity of the collection.
The responsibilities include:
- Implementing social media strategies aligned with the collection's communication and marketing plans
- Creating original content (texts, images, videos) for key social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
- Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Engaging with the online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering meaningful conversations
- Collaborating on integrated campaigns and ensuring message consistency across channels
- Staying updated on digital trends, new tools, and best practices in social media
- Producing marketing materials in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Participating in marketing activities alongside the sales team and Sales & Marketing management
- Attending industry fairs, promotional events, and both online and offline marketing activities
- Updating the collection's websites with SEO and SEM techniques
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality or tourism
- Excellent English language skills (Level B2)
- Possession of a portfolio of prestigious contacts
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and marketing metrics
- Strategic skills in developing marketing plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and external agencies
Additional Information
The position requires frequent travel between the corporate offices in Naples and Rome.
